On 30 September, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we will welcome Ioannis Panetas, Senior Scientific Advisor at Waters Biosciences (formerly BD Biosciences), for a training session on the imaging analysis of high-dimensional data generated with the BD FACSDiscover™ S8 and A8 using the CellView™ Lens Plugin. The session will also include a brief overview of imaging analysis in FlowJo™ v11.
This training is open to all users of the BD FACSDiscover™ A8 and S8 and will be of particular interest to the Portuguese flow cytometry community, as these state-of-the-art imaging flow cytometry technologies are now available at several institutions across the country.
This session will teach you how to analyse imaging data using FlowJo™ and give you insights into advanced imaging flow cytometry data analysis workflows.
